  • Bestpatch stem units made of cured special rubber compound wrapped with dual cure cushion gum.
  • Repairs using stem repair units eliminates long filler gum curing time.
  • Stems used when the angle of injury is more than 20o where plug repairs cannot be used.
  • Radial or Bias ply patches to be used for reinforcement. Use with chemically or heat.
  • Appropriate carbide cutters to be used for steel belted radial tyres and bias plug cutters for bias ply nylon tyres.
    • For perfect compression fit of the stem in the tyre, stem size should be larger than the injury size.
    • Use with bestpatch chemical vulcanizing fluid for perfect bonding.
