The Ozone Generator Model OG250 is a highly efficient, Fused Quartz Crystal Tube, High Frequency Cold Plasma / Cold Corona ozone generator utilizing the state of art Inverter based on MOSFET / IGBT. Breakthrough technology has been applied to the OG250 allowing it to operate from a 230 Volt AC that is easily available. The OG250 unit comes complete with a built-in Air Pump, Quartz Glass Ozone Cell and Power Supply, Gas termination. The Ozone Generator is a true 5/25 Grams per Hour Cold Corona / Cold Plasma Ozone Generator used for various application requiring Ozone Supply.
The Ozone Generator is extremely easy to operate. Simply connect the power cord of the Ozone Generator to a 230 Volt AC socket and switch on the supply. The Status Lamp will flash at regular interval indicating that Ozone Generator is ready. Now rotate the rotary switch Ozone ON to ON position. First the air pump will be ON and then Corona discharge will start. The ozone will come out from the OZONE OUT. This can be directly used for Water Treatment by injecting in to a Water Tank or Air disinfection by injecting in to Air Duct. A unique circuit design allows the unit to be extremely compact, lightweight, powerful and efficient
The High Voltage power supply is built using Micro Controller and MOSFET / IGBT. The operating frequency is around 6 kHz, which gives maximum Ozone output for particular Cell design. The complete circuit is protected for short circuit and over Voltage. The Over temperature Protection works for the electronic component and Ozone cells. A powerful and fast Micro Controller controls the entire operation including protection, and no operator attention is required. As safety interlock switches off the high voltage power supply, when the door is opened.
The High voltage is generated with a High quality Ferrite Core transformer. The transformer is designed to take 25% extra load if required. The primary and secondary are wound with Electrolytic grade copper wire to minimize the copper and skin losses. The transformer is enclosed in powder coated sheet metal tank and it is oil cooled for high efficiency. The oil cooling also offers protection to High voltage coil from moisture and dust.
The Ozone Cells are fabricated from high-grade Stainless Steel (316), which offers good resistance to Ozone. The dielectric used is 99.99 % pure Quartz Glass which has excellent dielectric properties. The heat loss is also minimum at designed power. The ends of electrode are sealed with Silicone Rubber 'O' rings, which is again ozone resistance. All the pipe terminations are machined out of stainless steel Grade 316, and piping is made of Silicon / Teflon / Plastics material. The ozone cells are air cooled by three heavy-duty fans, and keep the cell temperature below ozone destruction.
The Ozone Generator OG250 has two Air Pumps (only in OG250). These pumps are diaphragm type and rated for continuous duty. The pump delivers about 16 Liters of Air per minute at a pressure of 10.5 PSI. If higher ozone out put is required then Feed Gas can be Oxygen, which will increase the ozone output by 4-5 times (in OG250). The OG250 has provision for oxygen feed also.
We also manufacture Ozone Generator modules. These are very low cost and suitable for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). These modules are available from 100 mg per hour to 20 grams per hour of ozone output. Please ask for special price of these modules.

| The loom controller is integrated unit for controlling various functions of Circular Woven Sack Loom. It has a powerful 32 bit Microprocessor, which is used for Haul-off speed control, Basic loom operation and stores the various Loom data for future analysis. Two proximity switches mounted on Main motor shaft and Haul motor shaft measure the speed, and on basis of these speeds, the haul off speed is controlled to get the desired Weft Density of fabric. The 32-bit microprocessor also takes care of loom inertia with PID loop, so that during Start, Stop and inch period, Weft density is maintained. It is compatible with most of the leading brands of Loom. It controls weft density, start / stop / faults, lubrication, winder motor, take up motor. It also monitors and records shift wise production, faults, loom run time, warp / weft breakages, loom efficiency etc. It has a real time clock and battery backed memory to store data. The loom controller is supplied with warp card and 24 Volt DC power supply for warp PCB and control. The back plane connectors are similar to standard loom controllers. Hence it is very easy to replace any other loom controller with our loom controller without change in wiring.All connectors are high quality plug type, suitable for easy and fast replacement. The controller has a large Graphical LCD, which can be read, from longer distance. The display shows the current time and 4 loom parameters in bold letters. The current time is derived from battery backed up Real Time Clock, and it is also used to determine shift change over. The Keypad is arranged in such a way that menu navigation is smooth. Minimum numbers of keys are required to be pressed for any operation. Menu is very simple to operate, with many additional features. The status of Input and Output signal is displayed on the front with Green, and Red LED. This helps in easy diagnosis of the fault with minimum downtime. The advantage of these LED is that, they can be viewed from long distance. In addition, a white LED indicating the READY status of loom is also provided on front. | ||
