We, delta cables factory established on june 2011, is the first entity to produce pvc insulated copper cables in the kingdom of bahrain. our well equipped plant situated in um al baidh inside ware housing world where we have a space of 2200sqmtrs. We choose this location because of the geographical advantage of easy access and environment free atmosphere, storage of raw materials as well as finished products. We source our raw materials such as copper and pvc from india, australia, china & saudi arabia. We take the advantage in this field because as per the present situation all the brands of cables are from imported from various countries. And most of the traders and contractors are looking for a bahraini brand product which they can have their own local product in a cheaper rate than compared to other imported products. Hence we can stabilize and widen our market in and around the kingdom. In view of the above said advantage it is the fact that the electrical power is regarded as one of the primary needs and an unavoidable factor, and the government high ambitions in the development of the kingdom with perfect infrastructure policies we had our own role in this development. our plant initially has a potential of 6tons production capacity per day on a normal 8hours work. We will reach the maximum production capacity in a stage by process during a period of 12months. In the mean time our products will be well known in the bahrain market. Our aim is to establish our brand in other gcc countries and later study the chances in other countries also. 1. Products/services/major contracts:- we, delta cables are manufacturers of single core pvc insulated cables. Our product ranges between 1.5mm² to 35mm² red, yellow, blue, black, green and yellow green. We strictly follow british standard bs 6004. Our service motto is to deliver quality products within client’s time deadlines. Our dedicated dispatch/delivery team is showing their outstanding performance to meet the client satisfaction. As per orders, delivery has been done in our delivery vans. We started our operations since may 2012. Our products has just launched in the bahrain markets. 2. Principle suppliers, trade reputation & trade terms:- our raw materials are copper wires and pvc compounds. copper: - sourcing from australia and india. We are maintaining a healthy relationship with our suppliers. We do regularly communications via phone & emails. Further our ceo mr.jamal mohd amin visited the supplier’s premises for major meetings and business tie-ups which has made a strong business relationship and mutual understandings. 3. Principle buyers, distribution & selling terms:- our buyers are building contractors, electrical contractors, whole sellers, retailers and electricians. Also in future we will open our own showrooms around the kingdom or will appoint distributors after close analysis of the present market condition and will implement which is beneficial. orders will be delivered by our own vehicles with delivery team. Small quantities will be delivered along with other bulk deliveries due to the higher cost for delivering small quantity. Our management had fixed certain criteria for delivery standards iso: delta is an iso certified organization. We are certified with iso 9001:2008, 14001:2004, ohsas 18001:2007. other certifications: delta has obtained its test certificate from below authorities 1. Al hoty stanger ltd co., - saudi arabia 2.
