ASTM grade 5 titanium is the most ubiquitous and versatile of titaniums alloys. It is comprised of 90% titanium, 6% aluminium and 4% vanadium. It is an alpha beta titanium alloy with aluminium stabilising the alpha phase and vanadium stabilising the beta phase. Ti 6 Al 4V is widely used because of its optimum blend of properties. It can undergo further processing to become better suited to specific applications.
Titanium 6al-4v has a density of 4.43 g/cc.
Grade: grade 2 or commonly called T40 (other on request)
Dimensions :the most common dimensions for titanium baskets are 600mm long X 100 and 200mm wide X 40/50 or 60mm thick. We also manufacture round-shaped titanium baskets, with a diameter ranging from 45 to 60 mm. The standard mesh is 10x5mm.

The dimensions of the basket are calculated according to your needs in anodic surface and current passage.
