TRAILBAZER - world class mobile Crushing and Screening plants with innovative features that result in reliability and versatility. The "WC" series of CONE CRUSHING AND SCREENING PLANTS are designed for heavy duty operation at mines and quarries and for contract crushing. The range includes plants that will attain capacities from 100 TPH to 400 TPH in demanding applications from iron ore to aggregate to sand crushing.
The "WC" series plants are fitted with BAZER hydraulic cone crushers and with either BAZER circular motion inclined screens or BAZER elliptical motion horizontal screens. BAZER crushers and screens are modern equipment designed for heavy duty operation and long life.
The "WC" series has an innovative design that provides two feed points - one for direct feed to cone and the second for direct feed to screen, which combined with the hydraulic settings and adjustable screens provides maximum flexibility to the plant operator to achieve the capacity and quality of product required. Whilst the "WC" series is designed for closed circuit production the provision of reversible stub conveyors allows for the product to be taken off the chassis to make an "open circuit".
With the ability to change feed points and modify the circuit, a "WC" series cone plant has great versatility to shift from one application to another thus suiting a contractor owner or a large company requiring site and application mobility.
Each "WC" series plant comes complete with crusher, screen, hydraulics, discharge conveyors, chutes and electricals - "All in One" chassis. To start operations the cone plant is positioned within feeding and receiving conveyors, connected to an electric supply source and crushing can begin. The high capacity centrifugal discharge BHP bucket elevators are built specifically for severe service and round the clock operation requirements for process industries like cement, for handling materials up to 50 mm lump size. Whenever there is a requirement for elevating large lump bulk material or high volumes of friable materials at slow speeds, BHP continuous discharge bucket elevator with twin strand chains is offered. For elevating materials with the large variation in particle size from fines to 75 -100 mm lumps, we provide combined discharge RP bucket elevators. For medium duty applications, a wide range of industrial duty bucket elevators are available.
BHP bucket elevators are available both with Chain and Belt designs. Inherent characteristics of the material being elevated and the application requirements determine which type of bucket elevator is best suited for the application. BHP has supplied chain bucket elevator with lifts in excess of 75 meters and belt bucket elevators with lifts in excess of 105 meters. Capacities up to 1500 metric tones per hour are feasible. BHP has supplied more than 600 bucket elevators in India and other countries for a variety of applications and industries.
The BAZER Range of high performance bucket elevator chains, designed especially for service in cement plants, provides the highest and ultimate fatigue strengths for this application. As an added feature, barrier seals in BAZER Chains help prevent abrasive materials from entering and attacking the chain joints. BAZER Chains are exclusively manufactured at world class chain facility in the United States.
The BAZER 956 chain can be used as a replacement for all Bucket elevator applications using 856 and 956 chains. The BAZER 956 chain with K24 attachment operates on the existing Traction Wheel and the existing buckets can be mounted on the chain.

Maximum Strength:
These BAZER Chains (956, 958 and 984) are made of specially selected 100% alloy steel and they possess ultimate strength ratings significantly higher than any competitive brand. A specially developed piercing technique makes exceptionally smooth pitch holes for high interference fits. This piercing method, combined with shot peening, yields maximum fatigue strength and protects against failure, even when the chains are challenged by the most severe applications.
Maximum Wear Life:
Extra deep induction hardening of pins and carburizing of bushings provides unsurpassed wear life. After extensive testing, an appropriate high-hardness specification was developed to resist abrasion caused by cement. A specific level and depth of hardness is produced and carefully checked to ensure that BAZER chains provide the maximum wear and toughness necessary to survive extended periods of service in cement plant bucket elevators.

The RM60 is the most compact RM crusher and perfect for newcomers to recycling. This semi-mobile crusher can be transported using a truck with drag-on hook system (for example) and is ready for operation in just 10 minutes.
With a transport weight of just 12 tonnes, the crusher produces up to 80 tonnes of cubic high-quality grain per hour from rubble, asphalt and concrete. The RM60 is easy to operate and all service work can be carried out from the ground.
