This Air Entrainment Meter is used for the determination of air content of freshly made concrete. Air Entrainment Meter comprises of a pressure tight flanged cylindrical measuring bowl, attached with a conical cover assembly having a seal in-between and changeable flanged. The conical cover consists of an air valve and a pet cock ideal for bleeding-off the water. A graduated cylindrical stand pipe is fixed on the conical cover assembly. Needed pressure is put to the specimen by the help of a pressure bulb. The complete assembly is mounted on a flat base.
