Along with temperature roasting time also plays a crucial role in the quality of the end product. Here we provide an automatic time cut off, where roasting stops and material is ejected automatically from the machine. Different roasting temperatures & roasting times can be set using a temp. Leveler button this feature allows you a quality consistency throughout batches without having expertise of the operator, as machine works of parameters and not on experience. In the standard machine the inner chamber , i.e. The contact part is made up of food stainless steel and other body parts are mad of mild steel, all the mild steel parts are coated with high temperature paint and coatings. The inner chamber has a specially designed fins that allows each and every single nut to get roasted properly. Thus let all the nuts get roasted evenly during the batch.
