  COOL PACKS ( Also known as Cold pack / Coolant pack / Gel pack / Chill Pack) COOL BLUE IP – Ice Pack Blue Ice - IP cool packs are normally available in container as well as pouch packs filled with Gel refrigerant for maintaining 2°-8°c. These packs are normally used by pharma companies for their temperature sensitive shipments. These packs offer a robust & economical solution for shipping perishables at 2°-8°c COOL BLUE - PC In cool packs range Blue Ice also offers COOL BLUE – PC PCM packs which provide a narrow temperature range and ensures least or nil excursions below 0°c. Blue Ice PC packs provides an opportunity for simplified packaging procedures.

RED - PC Certain Biological samples including semen and fresh blood need to be transported for shorter periods at 35°-38°c. Red packs are very useful for the same.

These boxes are made of recyclable Expanded polystyrene ( EPS ) insulation in molded and fabricated form available in various sizes, thickness and customized interiors.  

Combined with our Blue Icel packs these boxes provide very tight maintenance of temperature range for long extended time periods even under extreme weather conditions.  

These boxes made by combination of EPS / PUR / PUF offer variety of sizes , thickness , interiors and can be customized even for smaller quantities.   

  Small:- This carrier is suitable for patients to transport medication sufficient for personal consumption for few days. Freeze Packs – DEEP BLUE   Deep Blue freeze packs are available as PCM filled container packs / bottle for a temp. range of -30°c to -5°c. DEEP BLUE packs eliminate the drawbacks associated with dry ice where the shipments need to be frozen. Dry ice ( solid co2 ) is restricted by quantity when shipped by air.     These packs are hydrated salt based and offer safe alternative to dry ice.   DEEP BLUE packs can also be made available in multilayer plastic pouch form on demand.

  BLUE TEMP BLUE TEMP packs are especially designed for 22°c primarily useful for blood platelets transportation. The other uses include transportation of chocolate, confectionery and certain pharmaceuticals which strictly need to be transported between 20°c and 25°c.

  Barrier Packs are prefered when the temperature maintenance capability of the main packs is gross & is slightly away from the target temp. Barrier Packs help temperature maintenance ranges. These packs are normally made from eutectics / PCMs along with some adsorbing medium like gel or flexi foam. Barrier packs resist undesirable temperature excursions & maintain the temperature of the load within the prescribed range. Barrier packs are kept between the source packs / major packs and the load. Sometimes in larger systems these packs are also kept within the load to ensure leapt hot spots & enhanced temperature maintenance.
