Sterile aqueous solution for epidural injection, presented in packs of 10 ampoules of 4 ml. Therapeutic indications Spinal anaesthesia (subarachnoid) for surgical and obstetrics procedures. Bupinostrum 0.5% Hyperbaric can be used in abdominal surgery, urological surgery of lower limbs with1, 5 to 3 hours duration.

1 ml contains: 5 mg bupivacaine hydrochloride, 80 mg of sodium chloride, 2M sodium hydroxide and water for injection.

Once obtained a satisfactory response, continuation of treatment with sertraline is effective in preventing relapses of episodes of social phobia.

Stom is indicated for the treatment of: - Active duodenal ulcer; - Active benign gastric ulcer; - Symptomatic erosive or ulcerative gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD); - Long-term treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD Maintenance); - Symptomatic treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease moderate to very severe (symptomatic GERD); - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is also indicated in combination with appropriate antibacterial therapeutic regimens for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori in patients with peptic ulcer. See section 4.2.

Short duration and symptomatic treatment of exacerbations of osteoarthrosis. Long term treatment of rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis symptoms.

Losartan+Hydrochlorothiazide Rominguer is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with losartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.

Treatment of essential hypertension. Treatment of renal disease in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus and proteinuria ≥ 0.5 g day as part of an antihypertensive treatment. Treatment of chronic heart failure (in patients ≥ 60 years), when it is not considered appropriate treatment with an ACE inhibitor due to incompatibility, especially cough, or contraindication. In patients with heart failure who have been stabilized with an ACE inhibitor should not be switched to losartan. Patients must have a left ventricular ejection fraction ≤ 40% and should be stabilized under the treatment of chronic heart failure. Reduction of the risk of stroke in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy documented by ECG (see 5.1: LIFE study, Race).

In adults with mild to moderate infections, seltrix tablets are indicated for the treatment of the following infections, when caused by sensitive microorganisms to levofloxacin: acute bacterial sinusitis (adequately diagnosed according to local guidelines andor national regulations for treatment of respiratory tract infections), acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (adequately diagnosed according to local andor national guidelines for treating respiratory tract infections), community acquired pneumonia, uncomplicated urinary tract infections, complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis, chronic bacterial prostatitis and infections of the skin and soft tissues. Before prescribing seltrix it must be considered national andor local guidelines about the appropriate use of fluoroquinolones.

Treatment of duodenal and gastric ulcer; Treatment of reflux esophagitis; Prophylaxis of reflux esophagitis; Eradication of Helicobacter pylori when used in combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy for the treatment of ulcers associated with H. Pylori; Treatment of benign gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with NSAIDs in patients on continued therapy with NSAIDs; Prophylaxis of gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with NSAIDs in patients at risk (see section 4.2) requiring continued therapy; Symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease; Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome.

Treatment of essential hypertension. This fixed dose combination is indicated in adult patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by irbesartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone (see section 5.1).
