The AirJet Cleaning Machine transfer bottles directly from the Unscrambler to the machine conveyor for uninterrupted supply of bottles in vertical condition to the cleaning point. Machine applies Compressed Air through Jets and also sucks thorough Vacuum to complete the cleaning process. The Automatic Bottle Unscrambler with Air Jet Cleaning Machine Model AIRWASH-300.UN with speed of Max. 300 bottles per minute depending upon type and size of Bottles. The Unscrambler system transfer bottles directly from the Unscrambler to the machine belt system in inverted position with continues motion having inbuilt Air Jet Cleaning Station which use Compressed Air and Suction Blower to clean the bottles in inverted position and then another set of Belt Gripping system invert the bottle into vertical position to move further for filling operation. Machine can be supplied with optional Elevator conveyor belt system for uninterrupted supply of bottles to unscrambler. Machine applies Compressed Air through Jets and also sucks thorough Suction blower to complete the cleaning process.
