| The Automatic Injectable Powder Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machine Model DRYFILL-120i, is suitable for Round Vials with maximum speed of 120 Vials per minute. Specially Machine construction in fully Stainless Steel finish including machine frame structure. Machine with built-in Turn Tables at In-feed and Out-feed with individual drives to match the speed of incoming and outgoing vials for smoother operation. All parts coming in contact with Powders are made from Ss316 Materials. The Machine is equipped with Single Head Single Track Eight Port Powder wheel, which works on Vacuum and Air Systems to Fill powder in Vials, with on-line Vibrator type Rubber Stoppering system, The stopper inserting system operates in a contineous mode with synchronized speed of machine. Machines also comes in various options like Single Track Double Powder Wheel, Double Track Double Powder Wheel, Single Track Single Powder Wheel and Double Track Single Powder Wheel System to match the customers customised requirements. |

| The Automatic High Speed Rotary Monoblock 16x8 Head Dry Syrup Powder Filling & Capping Machine Model DRYFILL-120RC is suitable for Glass, Plastic, PET, HDPE, LDPE Bottles with maximum speed of 120 Bottles per minute depending on Powder Fill Volume, Type of Powder, Bottle Diameter and Bottle Neck Diameter. The Machine works on proven time tested Vacuum and Air Systems to Fill powder in Bottle achieving higher speed and higher accuracy. Machine with unique Bottle Lifting and Neck Holding system avoid spillage of powder on bottle shoulder, neck and body keeps bottle clean and also avoid wastage of powder. . Machine require small area due to Monoblock design with Filling and Capping operation. Machine with complete synchronization of Bottle Infeed StarWheel, Powder Wheel movement and outfeed Starwheel as well as capping operation for smoother operation. Machine with Rotary Bottle Moving system ensures very high speed powder filing through independent moving funnel along with bottles for greater speed and performance without compromising speed and fill accuracy. Machines with unique vibratory system inside the funnel helps filling of semi free flow type powder at higher speed. Machine can be used for ROPP (Alu. Cap) as well as Screw Cap with the help of change parts. However for common application of ROPP Cap and Screw Capping on same machine, please ensure that the thread of Screw Cap should not have more than 1.5 turn for Capping, for separate application any type of Cap can be used without limitation. |

| The Automatic 24 x 12 Head Rotary Vaccumetric Monoblock Liquid Bottle Filling & Capping Machine, Model VACFILL-240MB, is suitable for Round, Flat or Oval Shape Bottles with maximum speed of 240 Bottles per minute depending on type of Liquid, Fill Volume and Bottle Neck Size, Machine is suitable for free flowing clear liquid without any particles. Machine available with bottle capping operation for ROPP Aluminium Cap or Plastic Screw Caps. Machine works on Level Filling principal which fills liquid into the bottle with the help of vacuum and maintain the equal level of liquid in each bottles. | We can offer Hot Foil Coder which can be suitable to print on Various Label Surface. We have option of Local make Hot Foil Coder which can give speed upto 200 Prints per minute and also Imported Hot Foil Coder which can give speed of 300, 400 or 600 Prints per minute depending on Model. Please note that Hot Foil Coder uses Metal Character as well as Foil Roll for printing on Labels and selection of Foil Roll is depending on surface of Labels. It can be also suitable to print on Laminated or Film Labels with suitable Film Roll. Hot Foil Coder always use Metal Character hence the print area is totally depending on make of Hot Foil Coder as well as Size of Metal Character. Due to Metal chracter the space between lines and space between character is always fixed according to the style and design of Coding System / Character supplier hence it is very important to study the Hot Foil Coder to match the requirement of coding on labels. Some time coder may suit your requirement in terms of printing Surface and Speed but may not match the available area on label for coding. Hot Foil coder in general use more space per character and per line. Hot Foil Coder is more suitable where the Print Area is bigger but the size of message to be print is smaller or with less character and less lines but for high speed printing. You can go for Local make or Imported Hot Foil coder depending on various aspect mentioned above as well as speed. |
