We analyze and certify the chemical composition of all CRM (certified reference metals/materials) traceable to NIST for all countries. We mostly analyze and test all alloys, superalloys, plated layers and coatings: titanium, zirconium, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, cobalt, copper (pure, brass, bronze), magnesium, nickel superalloy, brazing alloys, tin, lead, cadmium and zinc for all shapes being bars, sheets, plates, tubes, extrusions & profiles. Metals - Metallography, Metallographic evaluation: microstructure, grain size, silver plating thickness & digital Imaging, alpha case, decarb, nitrided layer, alloy depletion, STIC test, IGA, IGO, microhardness profiles, Vickers and Knoop. Chemical Analysis - Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy ICP-AES, LECO Carbon Sulfur, Gas Nitrogen Oxygen, Microprobe EDX-Ray Analysis. Scanning Electron Microscopy SEM & Energy Dispersive Spectrometry EDS, Linescan of chemical elements, Phase ID and Composition, Corrosion Products Characterization. Mechanical Testing - Tensile, Compression, Bend (weld, raw material & blank). Physic: density, conductivity, surface roughness Hardness - Rockwell A, B, C, Vickers, Microhardness Vickers and Knoop. Metallurgical Testing Full Micro and Macro preparation, Machining all specimens.
