Kratom gold red vein powder or capsules. Would rather have more power than capsules seems to easier to swallow. I have found that the gold red vein is a greatgood pain helper more so than some of the other products I have tried of course we are talking about staying legal here. I have tried the capsules and they are okay, but would rather stay away from as many chemicals as I can. The dr.s medicine is poison but I am still left with this pain and this is the only product I have found that works for me.
