We are one of the leading manufacturer of R.O.P.P.CAPS, PULL ON CAPS AND FLIP OFF SEALS (BOTTLE CLOSURES) in central India. Our factory is situated at Pithampur Industrial estate, Sector I, near Indore in the state of M.P. on a plot of 60, 000 Sq. Feet with constructed area being 15000 Sq. feet. It was founded in the year 1986 by a young technocrat; the tiny unit has grown to an established name in the state.

These closures have universal acceptance in the LIQUOR, FOOD, PHARMACEUTICAL AND COSMETICS Industries and are an important part in your package presentation by providing protection, preservation and trouble free performance. Millions and Millions of Closures are being used by these Industries every year the world over and the commitment of CAP & SEAL goes into each and every Closures.

A team of technically trained staff, committed to quality, manufacture items conforming to International Quality specifications. Quality control lab. Equipped with vacuum testing facilities, is involved in regular R & D operations . During the manufacturing process items undergo variety of quality checks with latest online machines for assurance of quality & quantity. All production inputs under go rigorous quality checks before being used.

We have installed Torque Tester to check the opening force required for the Caps, which will make our Quality control lab at par with the world standards.

We have recently introduced INJURY FREE Closures, which are not only safe to use but also a necessity in the Export market. We can also provide Acetone Proof Closures, Caps with SBR Liners or any other specific requirements you may have.

After decade of successful domestic operations, CAP & SEAL entered into International arena through exports shipments going to African continent. Last financial year (2008-09) we generated 90% revenue through Exports.

We have our presences in 15 countries. We now wish to expand it further to 20 countries in the current financial year.

We have added few non standard sizes in our current range of Aluminium Pilfer proof Caps, such as 28*15.5 mm, 28*22mm, 20*12 mm, 31.5*24 mm, 33.5*24 mm, 28*38 mm, 28*44 mm and 31.5*44 mm and 30*60 mm in the last financial year.

We have also commenced production of Side & Top Embossed Caps.

We are an ISO 9001: 2000 compliant company. We have also been recognized as an Export House by Director General Foreign Trade Bhopal. In the current financial year we now look forward to HACCP Certification and introduction of Side Printed Caps (After printed Caps).
