We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a quality manufacturer and exporter of leather garments, and leather goods & accessories in India. Established in the leather business for over 30 years, we are producing for various customers in Western Europe, Russia and Scandanavia, which account for our major markets. We are specifically strong in leather garments such as leather jackets, leather dresses, leather skirts, & Leather pants in suede’s and other fine, and light weight leathers, and pride ourselves on the fashion end of the leather business.

Management and Vision
At the head of the company is Mr. Subash Kapoor, who is a veteran in the leather industry, and someone who has over the years worked actively with the Council of Leather Exports to help establish Indian manufacturers as the global choice for fashion leather products sourcing. He, along with his qualified and experienced team work from sourcing of raw skins from within India and outside, to packing garments as required for the extremely modernized warehouses of the world’s top retailers.
The Factory and our Structure:
The manufacturing unit is a comfortable 25,000 Square feet facility in the outskirts of New Delhi, where all the production takes place.
We have a separate section for each critical aspect of manufacturing so as to ensure a smooth operational process.
Sampling
A separate sampling division takes care of all sampling needs and is focused on ensuring that our collection is kept up to date for customers not having their own design times.
Inspection
While all leather is inspected at the tannery by our leather selectors before the dispatch of leather to our manufacturing unit, 100% leather in re-inspected on its arrival at our manufacturing unit before it is accepted into the manufacturing cycle.
Sorting, Matching, & Cutting
Leather is sorted and matched into families of the same shade to ensure the best matching of the leather exists and the product is made as consistent as possible. Although, individual families of color are giving to the cutting team to ensure that the best matching is maintained, our experienced team of cutters are accountable for mismatches found at a later stage.
Stitching
125 High Lead stitching machines are used by experienced/skilled leather garment stitchers to stitch the garment together. A pilot run before every production ensures all critical points are addressed before launch of the bulk production. In addition, all garments coming off the stitching floor are examined by our in-house quality team before they are accepted into the finishing department.
Finishing & Packing
We understand the importance of this last process and do not cut any corners. An experienced and knowledgable team is used to finish and pack leather garments based on the leather quality and type of garment . Given the sensitive nature of leather, our dedicated finishing area is focused on getting the product ready to the level where it can proudly hang in the retail shops of our prestigious clients. Our quality control team does 100% inspection of the finished goods, pulling out pieces that do not pass our stringent quality standards.
