Being an emulsifier, lecithin promots the uptake & digestion of fats.
Lecithin is a liver protective substitute and supports the hepatic functions.
Lecithin reduces th toxicity of environmental toxins.
In conjunction with vitamin E lecithin also seems able to reduce the aggressiveness of oxygen. Thus slows down the process of ageing.
