Our Core Services: • Export Dispatch and Coordination: Responsible for managing the entire export process, including coordination with customers, international freight forwarders, shipping liners, clearing agents (CHA), DGFT, and transport vendors. • Shipping and Logistics Management: Liaising with approved shipping lines, forwarders, and local carriers to arrange containers as per shipping terms, ensuring timely dispatch and reducing operational costs such as vehicle detention or storage. • Pre-Shipment Documentation: Preparation of all required shipping documents including drafts, invoices, packing lists, VGM, SI, BL Draft, COI, Road Bond, and Duty Redemption Licenses. • Customs and Compliance: Handling customs queries and objections by visiting port docks, ensuring smooth clearance and compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Cost Control and Efficiency: Monitoring and negotiating pricing with logistics suppliers, while implementing strategies to reduce operational costs and optimize supply chain performance. • Financial Documentation and Compliance: Preparation of shipping documents according to booked terms (Advance, D/A, D/P, LC, Credit, Third-party shipments) • Banking and Payment Follow-ups: Liaising with bankers for inward and outward bill collection, swift messages, and payment follow-ups, while ensuring timely settlements and forex deals. • EPC Accounts and Export Financing: Managing documentation for EPC fund availability and ensuring smooth export submission closures under EDPMS/BRC. • Accounting & Bookkeeping – End-to-end accounting management, bank reconciliations, and reporting for GST, SEZ and DEEMED Export. • Tax Accounting & Advisory – Strategic tax planning, payment and compliance. • GST Registration & Filing • Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing – Accurate and timely filing for individuals and businesses. • TDS Calculation & Return Filing • Company Registration Services • Compliance & Tax Advisory
