Castwel Foundriesis manufacturing all types ofGearsin Phosphorus Bronze, Aluminum Bronze and Gear Bronze. We are also manufacturing Gear by metalizing non-ferrous material on the steel blank during casting process which gives the gear a better strength and life. We also specialise in manufacturing highlyIntegrated and Precision Gears.

We are manufacturing gears with Outer Dia upto 750 mm (Approx. 30 Inches) in Non-Ferrous only. The various types of gears made by us are :

Worm Gears:
Worm Gears are used when larger gear reduction are needed.

Bevel Gears:
Bevel Geasrs are used when the direction of a shafts rotation needs to be changed.

Spur Gears:
Spur Gears are used at once to create very large gear reductions.

Helical Gears
Helical Gears are used for high loads.
