We are project engineering professionals, engaged in providing engineering solutions to cement industry including basic system design engineering, layout engineering, equipment selection, procurement support, project scheduling monitoring and management, project budgeting, supervision of erection & commissioning activities, capacity upgradation studies, plant modifications with respect to improvement in fuel power consumption, operational trouble shooting, implementing alternative fuel usage etc.
For mineral processing and power plants we cater to material handling solutions including crushing and screening requirements, ash handling, pollution control etc. we also undertake kiln alignment studies and thereafter subsequent rectification repairs works involving kiln shell replacement , cracked shell for ball mill replacement, support roller and tyre replacement, girth gear and pinion replacement reversal and alignment, liner changing works etc.
An experienced team of qualified engineers is available to execute the various engineering activities. Also there are experienced professionals from cement industry on the panel to provide guidance on case to case basis.
