We are offering cocoa beans. The island of madagascar, off the south-east coast of africa is a highly interesting origin. Most of the cocoa is grown in the ambanja or sambirano region (6000 hectares) in the north of the country from where criollo and trinitario cocoa finds its way into some remarkable chocolate. Chocolate from here tends to carry strong citrus fruit notes, and has a slightly oily -- but by no means unpleasant -- texture. The madagascan criollo bars also provide particularly good examples of the distinct criollo cocoa flavour, much more so than the better-known venezuelan criollos.

We are offering vanilla extracts. Sambirano aromatic, with the chemical and technical background of its founder has developed an extraction process of vanilla beans, thus adding value to raw materials and transferring technology know-how in the country. The extraction process is based on ethanol, obtained from the local sugar can industry. The evaporation step is performed at low temperature and preserves the topnotes of the vanilla flavors. Residual solvent is as low as 1-2 %.

We are offering cloves. Clove contains eugenol (up to 85%), acetyl eugenol, methyl salicylate, pinene, vanillin. The major part of the world’s consumption of the clove spice is in the home kitchens, the domestic consumption of this spice makes up the largest part of the demand for cloves. However, commercial uses of the clove for the production of clove oil also form a large percentage of the world’s clove produce. Processing plants, extract clove oil by subjecting the small, and hard buds to distillation - the clove oil is also used in cuisine as well as in medicine.

We are offering vanilla beans bourbon vanilla refers to vanilla produced from the species vanilla planifolia which is processed according to the so-called bourbon curing or processing method which had its origin in the indian ocean (madagascar, la réunion…). The results are vanilla beans that are soft and fleshy, the colour of dark chocolate. Bourbon vanilla beans have a rich, creamy, sweet, smooth and intensive flavour.

We are offering vanilla powder. Vanillin content min 1.0%, moisture 10-14%. Particle size 300-500 µm.

We are offering vanilla cuts. Cost effective natural vanilla for oleoresins and extracts, various length 13cm, split and unsplit, not bundled, vanillin content min 1.0%, moisture 14 - 16 %.

We are offering vanilla chips. High grade vanilla cut in small chips. Vanillin content min 1.8%. Moisture 18-24%.
