How To use :
How To use : Sit and Hold the handle of wheel, place feet on footboard, pull the handle like horse rope by own body weight and stretch legs, slowly return to original position and repeat movement
How to Use : By Sitting on chair, tight holding the handles to pull up with own body weight improves the shoulders and upper limbs muscular strength.
Used for : Flexibility of arm, hand and Shoulder movements. It rotates both direction to improve joints of shoulder as well as strengthen the muscles of eyes by their movement occurred during the rotation of wheels.
How To use : Hold the handle of wheel and move it along clockwise or anti clockwise, change the hand and repeat movement
How to Use : Hold the two handle and step on the two footboard, push and pull the handle by own body weight with movement of feet
