We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Giga Press GMP Model High Speed Tablet Presses, VERTICAL Drive Type, Elevating Type De-dusting AND De-burring, WET Granulates Machine and DOSING FILLING FOR OINTMENTS TYPE
The vertical drive unit, completely maintenance free, is equipped with 1 HP, 0.75 KW, 230/415 V motor. The motor is controlled with DC thyristor drive for speed adjustable from 10 to 400 rpm in case DC, displayed on electronic rpm meter. The process time is auto controlled through timer relays.
The various attachments can be quickly attached & interchanged to the main drive unit. A separate power supply socket is also provided for the attachments requiring heating.
A high output (suitable for large batch production more than half a million tablets/hr. max.) double sided tablet press with pre-compression and hydraulic power pack and auto lubrication, designed and engineered such that it adheres to the latest cGMP standards.
Ability to incorporate so many customized functions and features. The GIGA PRESS is available with a choice of turret having 51, 61, 75, 81 stations to give higher output.
