Kem Watreat 1030E is an excellent water treatment proprietary formulation based on the most modern technology for scale inhibition, antiprecipitant and corrosion control in cooling water and other industrial water systems. It is an organophosphate-based product containing stabilizers and dispersants. It is effective over a wide range of pH values and at higher operational temperatures. Kem Watreat 1030E is highly recommended in cooling water systems using hard water and where scale control is a major problem. Kem Watreat 1030E is a liquid product based on Organophosphates, PBTC, Zinc, low molecular weight polymer possesses excellent stabilizing effect and inhibition properties. Kem Watreat 1030E controls scale formation by virtue of `threshold effect' by organophosphate component. Thus it stabilizes the carbonate hardness in circulating water. It contains zinc for corrosion control. It is useful in hard waters in the pH range 6.5-9.0 and at higher temperatures.

KEM WATREAT BDNF is a blend of non-ionic surfactant and slime solubilizing solvents designed to carry out fine dispersion of biological residues in the recirculatory cooling water systems. It increases the effectiveness of the subsequent chlorination of the cooling water. KEM WATREAT BDN when used alongwith chlorination or non-oxidizing biocides improves the effectiveness of biocides. It also removes and disperses the microbiological slime when added in fouled system. Addition of KEM WATREAT BD N Freleases the bacteria arrested under slime deposit. Subsequent addition of biocide kills these bacteria. Addition of biodispersant may increase turbidity. So blowdown is required after addition of biodispersant.
