Application: ASSEN ZYD-I Transformer Oil Regeneration system has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in de-energized transformers. Our machine provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treating, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.     The oil’s performance after treatment:     Moisture PPM ≤3 Gas content % ≤0.01 Impurity size μ ≤1 (no free carbon) Breakdown voltage kV ≥75 IFT dynes/cm ≥40 Acid value mgKOH/g ≤0.03 Dielectric loss factors tgδ(90°C) ≤0.001   We also have several plans for your choice; 1.Optional P.L.C. intelligent panel control, touch screen operation and dynamic display according to user needs. 2.Optional Online PPM Meter, Optional flow meter with accumulator function. 3.Optional frequency converter, you can adjust the flow according to your needs 4.Optional external port design for transformer vacuum pumping 5.The whole structure can be made into mobile, fixed, fully enclosed, concealed, canvas, open type.   6.Optional three stage high vacuum system for higher vacuum degree work.
