FORMMASTER Cleat Forming Machine comes with nine forming stations which incorporates 'S' Cleat roll tools as a standard tooling fitted between the plates housing. The machine have outboard extended shafts on both side of the plate housing. On one side Drive Cleat roll tooling are fitted as standard and whereas the other extended shaft can accommodate roll tooling for many other sheet edge forming operations.
'S' Cleat Profile have been design to connect the ends of rectangular in-line ducts having unformed edges whereas the Drive Profile connects the formed edges. 'S' Cleat Profile complements the Drive Cleat Profile. Both 'S' Cleat & Drive Cleat are of same width giving uniform appearance.

FORMMASTER'S Lock Seam Closing machine presses two seams together to give professionally finished locked seam.
Our Lock Seam Closing Machines are used for closing the pre-formed longitudinal edges of curved sheet to produce tightly pressed closed seam cylindrical shell or tube. These machines are generally use in the manufacturing of cylindrical shell, tube or pipe of sheet metal used in round ducts, outer shell of solar water tank and flute pipes etc.
The machines comes with motorized top pressure roll which is pneumatically lowered on the bottom roll thereby pressing the seam in between. Option available for both screw or pneumatic arrangement for the movement of upper pressure roll.

FORMMASTER'S Duct Beading Machine provides useful alternative to cross breaking forms beads on flat sheet metal.
Our Beading Machine forms beads/ grooves on flat sheet metal thereby providing stiffness it. Stiffness gain by the beading operation enables the work man to manufacture ducts with slighter lower gauge. Our Slip Roll Bending Machines are built primarily for sheet metal fabrication works for producing round cylindrical sheet metal shell. The machine have initial pinch type bending arrangement to produce round cylinder to high accuracy. The three roll bending machine are ideally suited for mass production & is so design to enable quick adjustment of thickness and diameter.
The machine includes all the latest features. It is one of the most convenient and easy to used three roll bender available. Both the bottom roll and taper bending roll can be adjusted by mean of a single individual hand lever. The upper roll can be easily disengage and can be rotate on pivot at one end to remove the complete closed cylindrical shell.
