Multi-purpose outdoor unit for use in 4-pipe systems for the simultaneous production of hot and chilled water by means of two independent hydronic circuits. These units are able to satisfy the demand for hot and cold water simultaneously through a system that does not require seasonal switching and is therefore a valid alternative to traditional plants with chiller and boiler. Unit with a single refrigerant circuit, equipped with two hermetic rotary Scroll compressors, low-GWP and ozone-friendly refrigerant R454B, axial fans, braze-welded plate-type exchanger and thermal expansion valve.

Outdoor unit for the production of hot/chilled water with variable speed (Inverter Driven) Scroll compressors, optimized for R410A in a single-circuit configuration, axial-flow fans, condensing coil with copper tubes and aluminum fins, plate heat exchanger on water side and electronic expansion valve as standard. Flexible and reliable unit; it easily adapts different thermal load conditions thanks to the precise temperature control together with the use of inverter technology. The high performance levels, both at full and partial load, is achieved thanks to the accurate unit design and to the use of variable speed (inverter) motor. The units provide heating, cooling, and domestic hot water production. Particular care is taken for winter mode, that thanks to the Inverter technology which exceeds traditional units working limits.

Dry Cooler with axial-type fan(s) for outdoor installation. Unit installation may be vertical with a horizontal air outflow or, using special brackets, horizontal with an upward air outflow. The very low noise, adjustable-speed fans are excellent for use in both technological and civil applications. The units operate with a single-phase 230V/1ph/50Hz and 400V/3ph/50Hz (only for 210 and 280 model) power supply totally independent and separate from the indoor unit. Dry coolers are therefore also suitable for use without being directly connected to indoor units. Units are provided with integrated electronic fans speed regulator.

Adiabatic Dry Coolers with PADS and EC axial fans designed to meet the demand for free-cooling applications. DR-Z units maximize the benefits coming from the adiabatic saturation of the air thanks to the built-in water recirculation system and EC electronically commutated fans. Water and power consumption are very low, increasing EER and making free-cooling operation possible for most of the year.
