We are offering live spiny tiger lobster, panulirus ornatus with individual weights of 500 grams minimum and up, shipped in a box without water. the tiger lobster, panulirus ornatus is the most beautiful among lobsters. It is the lobster that usually gets featured in expensive ads and glossy food magazines. It is a voracious eater and a fast grower. It's natural habitat is the reef. however, our company has found a way to grow it in captivity starting as little juveniles. Hundreds of fishermen are involved in taking care of such juveniles, catching unmarketable fish, crabs, sea urchins and digging up clams to satisfy their great appetite. This is their special diet which they consume with gusto. They are never fed pellets. The water they live in comes fresh from the great pacific ocean that flows in through the narrow inlets of their island home at speeds of 5-6 knots. These conditions make our lobsters special.
