Spindle less veneer peeling lathe is the main production of BSY Group. It can be used to peel the core board for plywood industry. This type is different with hydraulic model, it uses press roller instead chuck to fix the log. All the main parts except knife assembly system are driven by motor. Through using this type veneer lathe, we can save the log which has been wasted in the past time. The pneumatic veneer clipper is suitable to shear the green veneer which has been peeled from spindle less veneer lathe. The blade is fixed on a light aolly knife holder, and cuts the veneer against the roller anvil. It will take about 1/20 second for one stroke. All the knife structure is driven by pneumatic system, so the knife movement can be quickly and precision. It uses photo-electric sensing device to scan shearing fucation to front and rear segment. It can adjust the shearing speed on the control panel. This model has obstained CE certification, and has been sold well in Turkish market.

The log debarker apparatus is main parts of the log handling section of plywood industry, which uses 4 pairs of shaft with cleated wheel to fixed the log, then uses the grind head to bark log skin, the grinding carriage can move along the line guide and more than 18pcs grinding knife mounted on the grinding shaft. Most the main parts are driven by hydraulic system. We also can design the length of the debarker as our customers` requirement.
