C&C Industrial Group is a well-known professional designer and manufacturer of precision tools in the Greater China area. Founded in 1988 in Taiwan, C&C grew rapidly alongside the electronics boom. Encouraged by its success in Taiwan, C&C ventured into China in 1996, building even larger-scale operations to tap into this fast-growing market. C&C currently has four major operation facilities in China, offering machining, precision grinding, profile grinding, jig grinding and designing and fabricating for molds and dies. C&C has built a solid reputation for providing not only quality and on time tooling services, but also technical solutions to assist its customers. The company has developed long-term client relationships by working closely with its business partners, offering them 24/7 consulting and tooling services that have helped them save on costs and improve their production efficiency. This has allowed C&C to win the trust from many international big names. End applications for our products have expanded to cover tooling for components for desktops/notebooks, digital cameras, mobile phones, auto/aviation/marine electronics, 3C connectors and waterproof outdoor connectors, etc. C&C’s services cover a greater part of China, with its four major facilities in Kunshan, Tianjin, Dongguan and Zhuhai serving markets in the eastern, northern and southern part of the country. Aided by its team of highly skilled engineers and state-of-art equipment from Mikron, Hass, DMG, Sodick, AgieCharmilles, Waida and Mitsubishi, C&C’s monthly production capacity has reached 250-300 sets of tools, including molds and dies. Faced with the challenges of a rapidly changing and competitive tooling industry in Greater China, C&C is reorganizing and restructuring to meet its goal of listing on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in the future. The company has long obtained ISO certifications for its production facilities and is upgrading its management information systems and ERP/MRP to strengthen its internal auditing and control systems. It has appointed Deloitte and Touche as auditor and financial adviser to enhance its financial transparency, and Yuanta Securities as financial adviser to underwrite its initial public offering. We believe that these changes will contribute to building a stronger and more competitive C&C in the future.
