Xuzhou Yulun Textile Co.,Ltd as one baby factory of Jiangsu Yulun Textile Group, One vertical manufacturer of all kinds of protective workwears and uniforms. We are very strong with FR Garments ! We have a fabric mill (R.Z.H Protection Technology) which produces three million meters of various FR fabric a year, including both woven & knit. Our garment sewing factory (Xuzhou Yulun textile co.,ltd ) has sewing capacity of one Million pieces a year. YULUN dedicates in the R&D and Production of high performance FR fabric and Protective garments. We categorize our FR products into three: 1) Inherently flame resistant fiber product, including Aramid fiber product, Modacrylic fiber product, FR viscose fiber product and Carbon fiber product. These products can be in different blends to meet different FR needs and costing requirements; 2) FR treated Cotton product, including 100% cotton and 88/12 cotton nylon in different weights and constructions; 3) Hi-Vis Flame Resistant product. This is a new category, all products meet ANSI/ISEA107-2010, ASTMF1506 and NFPA70E. We tailor-make FR product to satisfy different market demands. All products meet either or all of the following standard: NFPA2112, NFPA70E, ASTMF1506, CGSB155.20, EN ISO11612 (replace EN531:1998). We can provide products with ARC Rating from 4cal/cm2 to 100cal/cm2. Our garment sewing factory has been in workwear manufacturing for more than 10 years.
