Legal entity in 2009, the company started the business as doltaş mining and chemical ind. & trade co.ltd. In october 2015, the company was purchased by egezemin construction engineering & trade inc. and continued the business as doltaş mining ind. & trade inc. general information all facilities were renovated within 2015 year. During this period; continuous, economic, sustainable and competitive production infrastructure was established with modernized machine equipment and sufficient qualified man power. Regulations related to customer diversity are still ongoing. Production is carried out in two licensed fields each is 100 hectares with a total of 200 hectares. Our crushing screening facility is located within this site boundaries. Our mine which is located in izmir province in tire district has over 100 million tons of visible reserves. Location location is near izmir province, tire district, belevi neighborhood, mehmetler village. It is 6 km away from aydin‐izmir motorway, 4.5 km away from tire‐selçuk road and 70 km away from izmir port. In terms of logistics, it has a very advantageous position for domestic and international transportation. Access to the surrounding areas can easily be achieved. For transportation alternative by train, there is ortaklar station in aydın, 30 km away. Activity status excavation is done by excavator dismantling method. The ornate ore is also moved to a crushing‐screening plant located in the quarry area for dimensioning. The crushing screening plant is completely renewed in 2015 year and has a production capacity of 60 tons/hour. Together with the crushing screening plant, there is also a 30 tons/hour dryer. In dry and rainy season, production‐quality‐shipment is sustainably protected without being affected by seasonal conditions. In addition, the main facility is equipped with a reserve facility which has a capacity of 25 tons/hour, reserve energy source (generator) and 600 tons of vertical silos against potential problems. Especially in the production of glass, the feedbacks that we receive from our customers about the chemical properties (low iron ratio) are optimum for glass production. The very high whiteness in the dolomite for white glass production constitutes the reasons why the dolomite produced by doltaş is preferred. As it is known, the total cost that is basically generated as follows; raw material can be considered as the sum of logistics and other costs that arise from the processing of the raw materials.
