Spiral drill working principle, pushing concrete or slurry pump into the pile hole by drill rod, it can realize drill hole –grouting-drawing drill out-complete hole.Aslo can dry-boring, grouting exchage, deep mixing after chage the drill. Mainly applied in foundation treatment of railway, bridge, building etc.

It can be opened at the middle so that the lifting arm of the crane can pass through it during transportation .Besides, the side pilling mechanism can be taken off so as to reduce the leghth of machine to be shipped and greatly reduce the weight of separated units in transportation . 5.Systemization and maximization of our products Our company has developed 14 models of pile drivers with the capacity of 60 tons to take to 1200 tons and each model is classified into 4 kinds according to its function with the maximum tonnage of 1200. 6.Flexibility in designing For example , we can , if any customer requires , installa a position –controller for the crane , and a digital screen showing the tonnage of pilling force , etc. Side pile structure: Move the piling structure to the stand behind the machine body the machine body if the side or corner pile should be handled , press pile with the use of bolts and axle pins to fix in the range of 1.38M from side .at the same time dispose the corner side and the minimum distance of corner pile is not more than 2.8M.
