We’re a professional manufacturer of hair products with our own factory which founded in 1998 in china, we mainly purchased raw material and became one of the biggest owner of raw material this year in china. Moreover, we supplied these material and prompt goods for many trading companies like kbl,fdx,jrx etc. we started doing our trade company from 2015 on, and registered our trademark as “fmt hair” . In this period, we found that there are some ubiquitous pernicious problems among many hair manufacturers as below: firstly, there are various kinds of real human hair with irregular grade. Many enterprises shoddy goods and cheated that their hairs are virgin hair which contained other hair even synthetic hair. Such mixture hair, can be observed that both thickness and density of hair cuticle are non-uniform under microscope in four hundred times. Like these hairs, they aren’t shedding and tangle immediately, but will happen obviously in one month. In order to make the hairs more soft and silky, the hairs will be dipped in acid for many manufacturers. Such being the case, the hair cuticle will be damaged and influence on the service life of hair. Besides, these hairs cannot be restyled and dyed easily in color by customers due to the damaged of hair cuticle, easy to dye non-uniform and tangle. herein, we promise that our hairs are 100% real virgin human hair which cut from one donor and never be dipped in acid. So there is non-existent mix hair and easy to restyle with aligned cuticle and dye uniformly, no shedding, no tangle. Secondly, since the hair contains a plenty of protein component, the hair will expand soon when dipped them in water for a certain time or spray a lot of hair conditioner. And the weight of these hairs are higher almost 15% than the ones which never been dipped. that’s the reason why many customers always found that the hair is quite wet especially curly hair when they got it. In principle, the weight of each machine weft is almost 100g, while the hair which was dipped in water will be reduced to 90g, and easy to tangle. We insist our principle on washing the hair products with clean water and naturally air dried. Prohibited to use all liquid to dipped for each goods before delivery, so the weight is always kept 100-103g. Thirdly, according to our experience, over 90% of manufacturers don’t have their own factories, they just found some plant and signed a confidentiality agreement, then shown video authentication which is provided by plant. In fact, they supplied the goods to customers as a second level supplier, so the price is always higher and the quality is instability.
