We are offering chlorinated polypropylene.cg 115 is an an hydride modified chlorinated polypropylene resin which has excellent adhesiveness to polypropylene, epdm and tpo substrates. Cg 115 has excellent compatibility to acrylic and urethane resins. Cg 115 is used as a primer on ppepdm bumpers without surface pretreatment by plasma, flame and solvent cleaning. Specification: product code : cag115 grade : coating grade appearance : slightly yellowish pellet chlorine content : 26~30% viscosity : 30 ~ 40mpa.s (20% toluene solution) note: (1) viscosity is measured in 20% toluene solution at 25+1℃ by rotational viscometer. (2) rotational viscometer is at 750 r.p.m. dissolving process 1. Pour the solvent (toluene) in a vessel. 2. Add cg 115 into the solvent with agitation. 3. Agitate for 60 min, desirably heating up the solvent to 30—500c. 4. Judge the finishing point of dissolution from appearance of no particle materials of cg 115 solution coated on a glass plate. 5. Add 1% by weight (by solution base) of thfipa. 6. Recommended to add approx.1 wt% (by resin base) epoxy resin such as epikote 828 as a stabilizer. remark: 1. Take care to avoid water in your vessel so as not to cause increase of solution's viscosity. 2. Take care to avoid the static electricity when adding cg 115 into the solvent 3.
