I am idmlaser™ yag 500;i am a cantilever cutting machine using the well proven yag crystal laser optical system technology.my laser power is 500w maximum.all the optical system is located in the cantilever and water cooled.my laser wavelength is 1064nm. My structure is well rigid;the steel is treated by an anti-corrosion layer of primer, and then painted.i have the fume aspiration system mounted directly;avoiding any air pollution and I have two drawers to facilitate the removal of the processed parts. The movement in x and y axis is insured by high precision ball leads screws commanded by servomotors and high quality guiding rails.by this means I can move as fast as 5000mms and cut as fast as 2000mmmin with a precision of less than 0.05mm. My effective cutting area is 1300*2500mm.the height between the laser torch and the plate to be cut is automatically adjusted by autofocus. I can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium, aluminum plate form0.2 till 6mm. As well I can be used for engraving and marking. All the systems are controlled by a powerful computer aided by professional software. I am coming to you ready to be used with the laser power supply, the control cabinet and the chiller. The control cabinet commands and controls the steeltailortm yag 500 movements, the power of the laser and the temperature of the cooling system.
