Lyzr covers an area of 136, 000 square meters with building area of 66,000 square meters. There are 1,100 employees. Comprised of two foundries, one forging & pressing company and one machining workshop, lyzr mainly produces steel casting and forging and quality steel ingot. The company's annual production capacity is 60,000 tons of casting and 20,000 tons of forging and 20,000 tons of steel ingot. The maximum weight of steel casting is up to 200 tons. The forgings are mainly shafts, gears, bearings and rings. Lyzr can produce various rings with diameter less than 5 meters and various shafts with length less than 12 meters and piece weight less than 35 tons. The company has first-class equipments. The main equipments are: 50t eccentric arc furnace, 75t lf furnace, 75t vd furnace, 3t and 5t and 20t electric arc furnaces, 4000t hydraulic press, 3t free forging hammer, ø5m and ø1.2m nc rolling-ring machine. Lyzr is equipped with complete machining facilities, possessing large and medium size boring-milling machine, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, drilling machine, etc. Lyzr possesses powerful technical force, advanced process and complete testing equipments, and has been certified by iso9001:2000 and iso14001:2004. Lyxr has got the certification of ccs, dnv, lr, gl, abs and bv. Lyzr adopts electric arc furnace and lf furnace and vd furnace melting and cad/cae technology. The company has ut and mt capacity, and is equipped with devices which can test chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical property, etc. lyzr is dedicated to supplying high-end steel casting and forging for key equipment manufacturing industry. And the bridge supports has been applied to nanjing dashengguan yangtze river bridge and hangzhou bay bridge. Lyzr produced quality cable saddles for chongqing yuzui yangtze river.
