We are offering extruder gun. working instruction about extruder gun 1 preparing the damaged spot 2 always check the repair ability of rubber component-inspect tyres for further hidden damage 3 clean dirt, etc. Away from the damaged rubber 4 mix a+b solution in a ratio of 1:1 preparing extruder 1 fit the nozzle adapter set, heat to 70 degree centigrade 2 remove the yellow protective foil , if applicable , and extrude(warm up) the cleaning rubber (approx. 1mm) until an even discharge emerges. preparing compound 1 at temperatures under 15 degree centigrade unroll the compound and warm on a hot plate until the material is warm to touch, lay strips a+b(black+white) on a top of each other in equal lengths. 2 remove the blue protective foil and insert into the extruder or insert a+b extruder rope .extruder until the compound is discharged evenly from the spray nozzle. filling the damaged spot 1 brush the solution evenly onto the roughened damaged spot(a second application is advisable, whereby the first coat must be completely dry) 2 allow to dry well. Anew coat must be applied if it’s dry 3 spray on the compound evenly applying slight pressure 4 overfill the damaged spot only slightly 5 remove the excess with an angled knife. cleaning the extruder 1 when stopping work it’s imperative to remove the compound from the extruder(otherwise it will vulcanize in the unit which will risk damaging the extruder worm when restarting.) 2 in order to do this, extruder about 1m of cleaning rubber after removing the blue protective foil, if applicable.
