shape - typical shapes for filament wound construction are round, rectangular and oval. special shapes such as triangular are also available. engineering assistance is available for designing projects requiring non-standard construction. diameter - duct diameters are available from 2" - 146" (5cm - 370cm). rectangular sizes are available as required for your projects. the same range of sizes are available in magic composites double wall duct. wall thickness - duct wall thickness ranges from 1/8" - 1" (0.3cm - 2.5cm). other wall thicknesses are available for abnormal burial depths or other special loading requirements

Recommended for diluted acids, caustics and hot brine, Magic G-series fiberglass pipe is filament wound using an amine-cured epoxy resin and fiberglass and has a resin-rich liner reinforced with a surfacing veil for superior corrosion resistance. G-series Pipe is available in 18" through 36"diameters with pressure ratings up to 450 psig static at a maximum operating temperature of 225ºF. The pipe is available in standard 40’lengths and its bell and spigot connection offers quick installation.

Horizontal tanks are a great choice when floor space is not an issue and head room is at a minimum. The Horizontal tank ends are ASME Flanged & Dished for added strength and capacity. Horizontal tanks come standard with a minimum of two primed carbon steel support saddles which provide a standard 12” under clearance from the tank bottom to the bottom of the saddles. Support saddles can be provided as painted carbon steel, Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), T-304 or T-316 stainless steel, at additional cost.
