Molybdenum sheet The surface of our molybdenum sheets gives silver-gray metallic luster, its flatness less than 2%, purity greater than 3N, and conform to ASTM B386-2003 standard. Our molybdenum sheets are excellent in its mechanical performance and balanced in its inner structure. Molybdenum sheets are mainly used as the radial heat shield of the vacuum furnace, molybdenum electrodes, high temperature parts, sputtering targets, sapphire grower parts. Molybdenum Plate Our molybdenum plates are manufactured through extrusion, forge, rolling and annealing. The density is between 10 and 10.2. The surface of the plates goes through cold rolling and vacuum annealing. Molybdenum plates can be used in health industry, sapphire grower, astronautics and aeronautics, nuclear energy and guided missiles. Molybdenum Disc The density of our molybdenum discs reaches 10.13gcm3. The surface of it gives gloss and has metallic luster. The discs can be used as the connecting materials of silicon controlled rectifier diodes, transistor and thyristor, and also used as the cooling fin of large-scale integrated circuits and hybrid circuit, heating sintered pan and soleplate. Sintered Molybdenum Plate Our sintered molybdenum plate uses high-purity molybdenum powder, laying a solid foundation for our high-quality molybdenum sheets and discs, which can be used in target material processing and as parts in vacuum furnaces. Packing and Inspection After the manufacturing of the product, we will conduct Quality Inspection and issue Quality Certificate, including the name of the material, the analysis of the chemical substances, metallic performances and dimensions, etc. Our products are packed in specialized export crates and are separated by moist-proof paper.

Our molybdenum rods have great metallic performance and balanced inner structure. Molybdenum rods are widely used as heating elements, outgoing lines and radius rods in high-temperature furnaces. Also, they are used as the electrodes, bolts, domestic and optical glass in rare-earth smelting industry.

We are offering sintered molybdenum crucible. The density of sintered molybdenum crucibles is between 9.4gcm3 and 9.8gcm3. The density of the forged products is 10.2gcc. The purity is greater than 3n and the diameter of the crucible goes beyond 300mm. The highest working temperature of sintered molybdenum crucibles should not exceed 1950 ºc.
