We are offering High Brominated P-tert-octyl Phenolic Curing Resin. OF-1056 is a fine brominated p-tert-octylphenol formaldehyde heat reactive resin, equivalent to SP-1056. OF-1056 is the fastest vulcanizing resin for unsaturated rubber, easily disperses and operates, giving the sulfurizing speed even faster than OF-1055 due to higher bromine content, no need of activator, simple composition, and good scorch safety. OF-1056 resin is used for pressure sensitive adhesives, bladders, tire mould, bottle stopper, seals, heat-resistant gasket, roll etc. The recommended dosage is 1~8 phr.

Of-1055 resin is used for bladders, bottle stopper, seals, heat-resistant gasket, roll, pressure sensitive adhesives. The recommended dosage is 1.5~8 phr.

We are offering alkylphenol disulfide curing agent ( of-710) description alkylphenol disulfide (apds) curing agent contains the active sulfur which can vulcanize rubber at heating, no blooming, providing the compound with high tensile strength and excellent heat-resistance. Application of-710 is a new type of nitrosamine-free sulfur donor, replacing partly or completely sulfur and dtdm in efficientsemi-efficient vulcanizing systems. It is used mainly in the tire rubber of innerlinner, the sidewall and the tread, also used for gasket, conveyor belts, car hoses, shock absorption products etc. Because of the alkyl phenol groups contained, of-710 has the viscous and antioxidant effect. Especially in curing the compound of nr, ciir, briir, iir and epdm, it makes co-vulcanization, provides high tensile strength, excellent reversion, oxidation and heat aging resistance while giving no nitrosamines toxic gas and non staining.   the referenced dosage is 0.5~5 phr.

OF-1048 is a heat-reactive pair-tert-octylphenol formaldehyde resin, containing active methylol groups, particularly suitable for curing NR and a variety of unsaturated rubber. OF-1048 offers faster curing at normal temperature, as well as full cure at lower temperature. It is equivalent to HRJ-10518. OF-1048 needs neoprene or metal halide as activator, providing the cured rubber with excellent dry-heat resistance, resistance to compression set, non-blooming, high modulus, and not staining the mold. OF-1048 is crosslinked by a carbon-carbon bond, resulting in excellent ozone resistance and heat resistance, suitable for curing bladders, conveyor belts, gaskets, packing materials of anti-heat. OF-1048 can also be used for pressure sensitive adhesives, inks, and other thermoplastic elastomers. Its long-chain structure gives it good compatibility with BR, NR, NBR, neoprene, EPDM and other elastomers. The recommended dosage of OF-1048 is 8~12 phr.
