Solar inverter need to adopt one nation one grid policy and with a firm ppa (or fit valid per fy and revised every control period / year) vetted by energy regulators (not agents of corporate cos to increase tariff the way cerc is doing as the decision to acquire the coal mines abroad was of board of tata and adani, so, the company is not bearing such ill decision and its failure and why common man has to pay by using corporate agent called cerc in this case) and the govt should allow the developers to produce solar inverter energy in their locality with the existing resources without rpo or such stupid enforcements( or rec etc).. Instead the appc definition has to be changed and the planning commission has to re distribute the funds to the states who meet the national energy mix percentages i.e say 30%thermal, 40%hydro, 25%renewables, 5% others, thus, the states, which have more resources shall produce energy to reduce the raw material transport and its costs / pollution and also to reduce the t n d losses. Thus everyone can be a patron to support all kinds of energy resources at low cost due to average out through redefinition of appc and also by elimination reverse bidding etc with a fixed tariff with a tariff control period, which will eliminate govt interference. One renewable energy project shall be / must be available at every taluka and shall be made mandatory for the future energy security of all talukas and villages with good job creation. systems with net metering, every house owner, industry owner or commercial solar roof top owner can mitigate the future high costs of energy due to discoms arm twists like in delhi etc so the net metering will be of great help and also to secure energy for self.
