Sucker rod pump is equipped with a seating nipple(there are two seating nipples in API-RHBM-AC) , seating nipple connection on the tubing string, down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string. Plunger assembly connection on the sucker rod string and with the pump overall down to seating nipple position together , pump with fixed inside the seating nipple , Plunger assembly with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work. if the pump appeared quality problem, need not put forward the tubing string, only need put the whole pump forward well through the sucker rod string together , operation is simple. Main parts process and material: Pump barrel: plain carbon steel plating (A1), ordinary carbon steel carbonitriding (B1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (B2), low alloy steel nitride (B5). Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2), 1045 steel chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating (A2). Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2), tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium carbide (C3). Float shoe features: special designed body destruction retains higher pressure; qualified concreting procedure; the valve is capable of withstanding long periods of circulation;either pdc or rock bit drillable. float shoe is attached on the casing centralizer bottom and provide buoyancy to the casing string while it�s lowered, reducing the load on the drilling rig. The round nose guides the casing away from ledges and obstructions in the well bores as the casing is lowered. A build-in check valve provides buoyancy to the casing string also prevents cement from re-entering the casing after it is displaced.

Float shoes contain a backpressure valve that prevents fluids from entering the casing while the pipe is lowered into the hole and prevents cement from flowing back into the casing after placement, while enabling circulation down through the casing. Float collars are placed one to three joints above the guide shoe or float shoe. They provide a seat for the cement plugs, the bottom plug pumped ahead of the cement and the top plug behind the full volume of slurry. Once seated, the top plug shuts off fluid flow and prevents over-displacement of the cement. The space between the float shoe and the float collar provides a containment area to entrap the likely-contaminated fluids from the wiping action of the top cementing plug, securing the contaminated fluid away from the shoe where a strong cement bond is of primary importance. Float collars include a backpressure valve and serve basically the same function as the float shoe.
