Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of details required. then green sand molds are made on simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger. Shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax pattern used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines. quality control: each casting is processed through our qc staff with inspection records for every shipment.
