Qinhuangdao anye metal industry co., ltd. ,founded in 1996 and covering an area of 10,000 square meters, is located in the beautiful coastal city of qinhuangdao, hebei province, china. There are 400 employees, in which 20 engineers and 30 qc people. We have three lost wax casting foundries and two cnc machining workshops. The first investment casting foundry uses silica sol process to mainly produce stainless steel investment casting and aluminum investment castings; the second one uses sodium silicate process to mainly produce carbon steel and alloy steel investment castings; the third one is used to make vacuum investment castings through vacuum furnace. There are hundreds of cnc machining equipments in our two cnc machining workshops. Besides investment castings, we can also provide finished parts after machining according to client’s requirements. besides investment castings, we also have aluminum casting foundries which can do the aluminum permanent mold castings and aluminum die castings. The reason is that a356.2 aluminum alloy ingot is our main products and its annual output is 12,000 tons. Those aluminum alloy ingot is mainly supplied to citic dicastal wheel manufacturing co., ltd, which is the largest domestic automobile aluminum hub manufacturer. Our main products are the following: auto parts( auto pipe fittings, shift fork and so on), valve and pump parts, pipe fittings, clamps, turbine wheel and impeller, and so on.
