Established in 1999, Shenzhen Chuangxin jia smart card co., Ltd was specialized in producing and marketing of pvc card and smart card. In 2008, our company engaged in designing and researching of RFID antennas. In 2009 Huizhou Chuangxin jia RFID tag Co., Ltd was established. In 2010 Shenzhen Chuangxinjia RFID tag corporation was founded, a high technology enterprise which engaged in researching as well as producing and marketing of system project, application equipment and end product. In July 28, 2011 Shenzhen Chuangxinjia smart technology Co., Ltd was officially established. In possession of three modern and high standard production line. PVC card production line with monthly output of 40,000,000 pieces cards: Brand-new CTP machines and brand Heidelberg offset printing machines, 12 compounding machines. Antenna production line with monthly output of 30,000.000 pieces cards: roll to roll printing machines, compounding machines, machines for erosion and engraving . RFID end product production line with monthly output of 800,000,000 smart cards and 600,000,000 RFID tags: reversed assembling machines compound die cutting machines, laminating machines. Design and R&D Our company cooperate with American company Vein and established RFID R&D department which researching in chips and application of RFID. Now this team owns 30 members, offering management application project, equipment application scheme and personalized RFID end product. 1) Ultimate production ability. We have three latest production lines, importing two sets of German Heidelberg four color off-set printing machines, and one set two color printing machine, one set one color printing machine, automatic six color and four color silk-screen printers, card cutting machine, and laminating machines. At present, our production capacity is 40 million pieces monthly, with efficient production, punctual lead time, and fast delivery. For urgent domestic orders, we just need 2 days. Meanwhile, we have more than 300 well-educated, skillful and professional workers and also have more than 100 positive, open-minded, and energetic sales staff, including 60 domestic sales and more than 40 foreign trade sales. They are all qualified with the knowledge of product, not only helping you solve problems of the products, but also supplying you with good service. 2) Combination of producing, supply, and selling. We are a company which made up of designing, producing, and selling PVC products. We are a professional manufacturer for cards and possessing the right for import and export cards, such as membership card, VIP card, IC card, proximity card, Mifare card, metal card like golden or silver card, Buddhism gifts and RFID tag. We can customize the cards according to clients’ design, with individual mould for the cards, combination of self-production and selling based on good prices and quality.
