Typical purpose: The sealing of LED screen, power module and all kinds of electronic products. Application technique: a) Measuring: Weigh A component and B component precisely. b) Mixing: Put component B into container, which has component A, then mix adequately. c) Deaerating: put the mixed liquid into the vacuum cabinet to deaerate.Generally, it is not necessary to take the air out if there is no foam .The deaerating time should be 5~10 minutes. (If there is no high demand of its electric capability, it is not necessary to be vacuum). d) pouring: Put the defoamed adhesive into the products, which need to be sealed. e) vulcanizing: Put the sealed product in room temperature and let it become hard naturally. After primary hardening, the product may go to the next process, and the completing of hardening needs 24 hours. If you need to speed up , you may heat up accordingly. For example: it will completely harden in 10minsat 120℃.
