The current annual capacity is 5,000 tons and will be extended to 40,000 tons in near future. Besides, Sinowin is able to customize PA66(Nylon6.6) industrial filament to meet your special requirements by the advanced modular production equipment which was purchased from Oerlikon Barmag and recognized the most advanced spinning equipment for its 6 pairs of hot godets and 8 spinning nozzles. Meantime Sinowin has a professional lab equipped with on-line hairiness detecting system from Lenzing Austria and fully automatic Tensile Strength /Elongation/Denier measurement machine from Texttechno Germany and some other advanced property test machines, by all of which Sinowin will ensure every bobbin of yarn has perfect quality. Sinowin’s PA66(Nylon6.6) medium and low denier industrial filaments are characterized by high tenacity, light unit weight, and good resistance to fatigue/impact/heat/abrasion, which are the major material for producing airbags, top grade sewing thread, peel ply fabric,nylon curing and wrapping tapes, hoses, wire harness sheathing, tent, chemical protective clothing, parachute, as well as ropes, nets, filter cloth and suitcases.
