Established in 2009, the company covers an area of over 3,000 m2 in Suzhou Industrial Park, which is jointly developed by China and Singapore in cooperation. TRIOA is a vanguard brand in the field of Nozzles-atomizer electrostatic oiling technology. Different from the Knife Blade technique, the so-called one-step traditional oiling technique which totally relies on the atomization charged by high-voltage electric field to obtain oil mist electrostatic absorption effect, TRIOA adopts technique utilizing unique nozzles to first atomize and charge the oil, and then filter the oil mist using air flow control, after which the qualified oil mist would be finally sprayed over the coating zone and attached to the strip surface due to electrostatic force. The TRIOA’s technique has completely eliminated the disadvantages of the blockage problem, painting skips, over-amount painting, non-adjustable painting width and many other serious issues in the traditional Knife Blade technique. Our company owns core technology in the fields of dual-function nozzles which can charge the mist during atomization and electrostatic absorption techniques, making TRIOA the leading brand in the electrostatic oiling market. We are the pioneering company to successfully control the amount of oil to 20mg/m2 per side using horizontal electrostatic oiler, the first one to integrate independent dual oil-supply systems in a set of equipment, and the first one to accomplish the localization, modernization and simplification of vertical electrostatic oiler manufacturing.
