Teer valve covers a total area of 28800 ㎡ with three factories, that is one casting and stainless steel product factory, one API 602 forging product factory and one share holding ball factory. Integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service as a whole. Teer ‘s main products are Ball valves, Gate valves, Globe valves, Check valves, Butterfly valves and Plug valves with diameter, working pressure and temperature range up to DN1500(60”), PN42MPa (Class 2500) and -196℃ to 650℃ respectively, employing materials from conventional carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel to alloy, such as WCB, A105, WCC, LCB, LCC, LF2, WC1, WC5, WC6, WC9, C5, C12, F11, F22, 304, 316, 304L, 316L, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF8C, CN7M, CF3M, Inconel and Monel, etc. Teer processes advanced machining and manufacturing facilities, such as CNC lathe, CNC miller, CNC driller, heat treatment furnace, plasma spray welding, painting &drying line, ultrasonic cleaner and other common NDT equipments. It also has set up tool, pattern, finished and semi-finished product warehouses. Capable of adopting many international standard such as Chinese GB, ANSI, API, BS, DIN, JIS to it’s product design and manufacturing and due to persistent pursuit and accumulation to quality. Teer’s Quality Management System and products have passed ISO9001-2008 Quality Certification (DNV), ISO14004-2004, OHSAS18001-1999, API 6D & API 600 certification of American Petroleum Institute, CE certification of EU (TUV), Manufacture license of Special Equipment (TS) of P.R.China.
