the magnetic ferrite powder are suitable for producing different grades of hard ferrite magnets by wet pressing or dry pressing. we supply the magnetic ferrite powders in three forms: granular powder (6-12mm), coarse powder (3-6um), fine powder (0.75-1.05um) according to the needs of clients. the magnetic ferrite powder can be classified as isotropic magnetic ferrite powder and anisotropic magnetic ferrite powder. anisotropic magnetic ferrite powder has better orientability.

The magnetic compound is mostly for the manufacturing of brushless electric motor rotors and plastic magnetic rings through injection moulding. All the additives have be added, and the magnetic compound can be injection moulding directly. All the materials are in accordance with the European RoHS directive.

We supply granulated magnetic compound for extrusion of magnetic strips and magnetic compound for calendering of magnetic sheets. Magnetic compound consist of 90% bonded magnetic ferrite powder and around 10% CPE. We supply barium ferrite magnetic compound and strontium ferrite magnetic compound. All the additives have been put into the magnetic compound. The granulated magnetic compound for extrusion can be fed into the extruder directly to extrude refrigerator magnetic strip. The magnetic compound for calendering can be directly made the flexible magnetic sheets by rolling. We can supply magnetic compound according to the magnetic properties required by users. All the materials are in accordance with the European RoHS directive.

Flexible magnetic strip is compounded by bonded magnetic ferrite powder and plastics or rubber materials. Magnetic strip is widely used in the refrigerator door gasket. Magnetic strip can also be used in micro motors, stationery, household appliances, gifts, and childrens's toys etc. The surface of magnetic strip can be coated by paint, double adhesive, and PVC etc.

Flexible magnetic sheet is compounded by bonded magnetic ferrite powder and plastics or rubber materials.Magnetic sheet is mainly used in advertising, sensors, apparatus, children's toy, business card and telephone note book etc. Magnetic sheet can also be processed into istropic rings applied in automotive ignition and medical treatment etc. The surface of magnetic sheet can be coated by paint, double adhesive, UV and PVC etc.
